Option 6
After walking around Grattons Park, I found a possible location for us to film. Photos of the bench and surrounding areas are above. The bench is located on the outskirts of the park, where less interruptions will be.
I thought the waste bin would be a nuisance at first from being the shot, but I thought it would be a perfect prop for social realism. Plus, there is a big bush in the background which can cover passers by as they walk past. There is also a stream running along the back, which could inspire some shots for the film as cutaway shots.
There are fields near by, where our characters can run and plenty of room for a handheld camera movement.
Overall, there are issues we need to consider whilst filming:
- Informing the public we are filming and causing less commotion as possible. Signing will be needed.
- Permission from the Council to ensure safety and we aren't breaking any rules. Confirmation for the use of a public area is always needed. I will be emailing them today to ask.
- Weather! Due to the snow and rain fall it might make a guest appearance during the half term so we need to plan carefully some shots for continuity.
- Lighting. Hopefully this would cause to much of a problem as we are hoping the film will be black and white.
- Making sure everyone can get to the chosen location during the half term!

looks good
This is overall fantastic location reflection. I also liked location 6 due to its isolation, but take your point about the no back.
Overall, you have all done a lot of work and well on the way to securing a very good level 4 in planning. i see no reasson for the standard to alter.
