- The second poster for 'Fish Tank' could even be a totally different film, as everything about it seems different, even the main character looks different from the first poster.
- Firstly her character is in the center of the frame this time, this gives the auidence a chance to see more of what she looks like.
- Being positioned like this in the frame we get a more 'in your face' feeling about her character, its as if she's walking right up into the auidence's face.
- However her facial expression still doesnt give too much about her character away, she looks as if she has other things on her mind.
- The image looks very photoshopped as the clouds don't seem to look real.
- Also in this image we can see blocks of flats which might suggest a working class background.
- In comparism to the other Fish Tank poster i think the first poster definatly suggests a social realism film, as the image used is simple, and nothing dramatic has been used to make the film seem more than it is, where as with this poster it seems as if there trying to focus all the auidences attention just on how the female character looks.
