We have some shots whilst filming and editing, in which we had in mind for the film poster so this is the reason why all our sketches are very similiar. We have been concentrating on editing the film due to the final deadline approaching causing us to not come up with a final decision as yet.
I prefer the image of Amie and Rich lying on the grass as it does suggest a social realism/romance feel towards the movie. Plus it would give us enough room to add some reviews, credits etc.
My idea for a tagline: "The Boy. The Girl. The Letter" I thought this desribes perfectly what the film is about, without giving the whole story away of Rich being a ghost.
The romantic image would appeal to our target 16-24 year old female audience due to the couple and probably want to find out what happens to their relationship. However, I wanted to give our film a 12A certificate ( http://www.bbfc.co.uk/) because it does not mention about sudicide and there is no rude behaviour in our film.
Ideas for font
Title- handwriting, with a loopy effect.
Arial font for the credits and maybe for the stars' name have their surnames bigger than their first name gives it a professional quality.
